Tenders are invited for Supply of Medical Waste Management Items & Supplies Supply of Medical Waste Management Items & Supplies for Segregation, Collection, Transport inside Hospital, and Storage & Personal Protective Equipment Map Medical Aid for Palestinians Announces a Call for Bids for the Purchase of Medical Waste Management Materials and Supplies, in Accordance with the Terms and Specifications Set Forth in the Tender Booklet and Documents. Accordingly , Specialized Companies Wishing to Participate may Fill out the Attached Forms, in Accordance with the following Conditions: · the Applicant Company must have a Valid Commercial Registration Certificate and Attach Proof of this with the Price Offer. · Prices must be in Us Dollars Based on a Zero Invoice. · the Successful Bidder must Submit a Certificate of Deduction from the Source . If the Supplier Fails to Submit this Certificate, 10 % of the Contract Value or Invoice will be Withheld and Transferred to the Palestinian Tax Authority . · Prices must Include Everything in Addition to Shipping, Inspection and Delivery Costs to the Area Specified in the Bid. · the Supplier is Responsible for Coordination and Delivery to the Location Specified in the Bid without Any Interference from Map Medical Aid Company. · Prices must be Valid for at Least 90 Days . · Map Medical Aid for Palestinians is not Obligated to Accept the Lowest Prices without Giving Reasons . · Those Wishing to Participate and Receive a Copy of the Tender Documents must Send an Email to [email protected] before 10/28/2025, Containing the following Details : The Name of the Company and its Representative, and the RepresentativeS Whatsapp Number. The Email Subject must Include the Tender Number. · The Deadline for Submitting Quotations via Email below ( Pdf and Excel Files) to the Purchasing Department at Map Medical Aid for Palestinians Company is No Later than 12:00 Pm on Thursday , October 30 , 2025.
