Tenders are invited for Procurement of IT Equipment for Ministry of Labour (MOL) and Let Councils at West Bank Programme for Access to the Labour Market (PALM ll), implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in the Palestinian Territories and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to enhance the PALM II (Programme for Access to the Labour Market) is a GIZ initiative that supports the Palestinian Ministry of Labour and key stakeholders in improving employment opportunities, particularly for youth and women. The program focuses on strengthening Local Employment and Training Councils (LETCs), enhancing labour market services, and promoting active Labour market measures. By fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors, PALM II aims to create more inclusive, demand-driven employment pathways and contribute to sustainable economic development in Palestine. This tender aims to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Ministry of Labour, Employment Offices, and Local Employment and Training (LET) Councils through the provision of essential digital equipment. By supplying laptops, staff will be better equipped to carry out their daily tasks and to participate effectively in virtual meetings via MS Teams, fostering improved coordination and stronger alignment with PALMGIZ initiatives. In addition, this support will empower LET council members to actively engage in defining and clarifying their roles and responsibilities in line with the councils established structure.
