Request For Quotationsscope Of Servicesthe Contractor Should Provide All Necessary Personnel, Equipment, Tools, Materials, Supervision And All Other Items And Services To Perform Landscape Maintenance, Rough Mow Services, On A Biannual Or Annual Schedule, For Vegetation Control At Various Locations As Set Out In Schedule A-2 And In Accordance With The Herein Detailed Maps, Specifications And Requirements.Standard Of Workall Work Shall Be Performed In A Professional Manner And In Accordance With Good Trade Practice Based On The Canadian Landscape Standard, And Must Be Continually Acceptable To The City.All Labour And Supplies Shall Continually Conform To The Recognized Standards Accepted By Applicable Industry Trade Associations, And To The Most Current Applicable Municipal, Provincial And National Codes, By-Laws, Regulations, Permits And Other Applicable Requirements. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For All Costs Associated With Applying For And Adhering To These Codes, By-Laws, Regulations, Permits And Requirements.The Contractor Shall Have A Good Working Knowledge Of These Codes, By-Laws, Regulations, Permits And Requirements, And For Promptly And Efficiently Applying The Correct Interpretation Of Such During The Course Of Performing All Work For The City. Any And All Changes To These Codes, By-Laws, Regulations, Permits And Requirements Causing The City To Be In Potential Breach Of The Same, Must Be Brought To The City’S Immediate Attention.As Deemed By The City, Call Backs For Incomplete, Unsatisfactory And/Or Guarantee Work, Shall Be At The Sole Expense Of The Contractor And To The Complete Satisfaction Of The City. The City Shall Have Final Authority And Sole Discretion As To The Acceptability For Work Completed.Addendaif The City Determines That An Amendment Is Required To This Rfq, The City Representative Will Issue A Written Addendum By Posting It On The Bc Bid Website At Www.Bcbid.Gov.Bc.Ca And The City Website At Www.Surrey.Ca (Collectively, The “Websites”), And Upon Posting, Any Addenda Will Form Part Of This Rfq. It Is The Responsibility Of Contractors To Check The Websites For Addenda. The Only Way This Rfq May Be Added To, Or Amended In Any Way, Is By A Formal Written Addendum. No Other Communication, Whether Written Or Oral, From Any Person Will Affect Or Modify The Terms Of This Rfq Or May Be Relied Upon By Any Contractor.
