The Supplier Must Provide The Customer With Documents Confirming That The Quality Of Gasoline For Engines Complies With The Standards And Requirements, Regulatory And Technical Documentation And Rules In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. In Order To Ensure A Round-The-Clock, Uninterrupted Supply Of Motor Fuel To The Customers Operational Vehicles, The Supplier Is Obliged, After Signing The Contract, Within 3 Working Days To Provide The Customer With Information About The Availability (Own Or Lease Agreement) Of Gas Stations (Hereinafter Referred To As Gas Stations) Of At Least 2 Gas Stations In The Districts Of Almaty: In Bostandyksky, In Zhetysusky, In Almalinsky, In Turksibsky, Alatausky, Auezovsky, Nauryzbaysky, Medeusky. And The Location Of Gas Stations Throughout The Republic Of Kazakhstan (On Roads Of Republican And Local Significance, In All Cities, Regional And District Centers). The Supplier Is Obliged, After Signing The Contract, To Provide A List Of Gas Stations In Almaty Within 3 Working Days, Indicating The District, Gas Station Address, And Contact Numbers. Maintenance And Refueling Of Vehicles Must Be Carried Out Using Coupons. Availability Of Fuel And Lubricants Upon Request Of The Customers Vehicles To The Gas Station. The Sold Ai-92 Gasoline Must Correspond To The Specified Brand And Meet Safety (Quality) Requirements. In Cases Of Fuel System Malfunctions Due To The Quality Of Fuel And Lubricants, The Customer Has The Right To Make An Independent Analysis Of Fuel And Lubricants At The Supplier’S Expense In An Independent Laboratory And, If These Indicators Do Not Comply, Impose Penalties On The Supplier. If Circumstances Arise (Price Increase, Devaluation), The Supplier Releases Fuel And Lubricants To The Customer Without Changes In Accordance With The Concluded Contract (Price, Quantity, Brand, Place Of Delivery, Etc.) Remain Unchanged Until The End Of The Contract. The Validity Period Of The Coupons Is Until June 30, 2024 (The Balance Will Be Extended Until December 31, 2024).
