Purpose Of The Tender The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Rental And Service Of Sanitary Facilities For Various Locations. The Term Of This Framework Agreement Is Four (4) Years From The Effective Date Of 01-05-2026. From April 30, 2030, The Client Has The Right, By Mutual Consent Of The Parties, To Extend This Two (2) Times For Two (2) Years Under The Same Terms And Conditions. The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At 8 Years. The Decision-Making Regarding This Extension(S) Is Based On An Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered. This Framework Agreement Will Then End By Operation Of Law. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Tenderer With The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (Emvi), Based On The Tender With The Best Price-Quality Ratio By Applying The Award On Value Method. Assignment Description And Scope Assignment Description: With This Tender, The Client Wants To Provide The Participating Municipal Locations With Sanitary Facilities And All-In Service For This. The Scope And Location(S) Of The Services May Change During The Term Of The Framework Agreement As A Result Of Changes In Business Operations. The Tenderer Must Take This Into Account And Offer Sufficient Flexibility. The Client Expressly Reserves The Right To Add, Change Or Cancel Locations During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. Scope: On A Rental Basis The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Following Components: • The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Sanitary Facilities (Consumables) And The Supply Of Associated Consumables; • Supplying And Changing Flat Linen And Bedding; • Supply, Installation And Exchange Of Cleaning And Drying Mats; • Supply, Installation And Exchange Of Hygiene Boxes, Incontinence And Diaper Boxes; • The All-In Service Of The Sanitary Facilities; • Stock Management Of Sanitary Facilities. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Value Of The Contract Under This Framework Agreement Is Estimated At €2,000,000 For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including Extension Options.
