The Contract Applies To The Internal Rehabilitation Of Bathrooms And Kitchens In All The Apartments (15 Units) In The Building. The Bathrooms Are To Be Stripped Down And Rebuilt, And Windows In The Bathrooms Are To Be Rehabilitated On The Inside. There Will Be Work On Piping, New Electric Heating Cables And New Electrotechnical Equipment. A More Efficient Layout Will Be Established For Several Kitchen Units, Where The Floor And Walls Will Also Be Surface Treated Or Replaced. Where Possible, The Floor Must Be Lowered To Establish Step-Free Access To The Kitchen, But This Is Assessed Individually Based On Existing Pipework And Other Conditions That Are Uncovered During Demolition.
