The City Of Äänekoski Is Requesting Bids For The Publication Of The Citys Announcements In A Printed Newspaper Between January 1, 2026 And December 31, 2027. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Publication Of Announcements Given By The City Of Äänekoski In Newspapers That Are Generally Distributed In Äänekoski, Which Are In Finnish And Appear As Printed Free Distribution Regularly At Least Once Every Two Weeks. Breaks In The Distribution Of A Maximum Of Five Newspapers Are Accepted During The Year, When The Break In Distribution Is Announced In Advance. Notifications Can Be, For Example, Official Announcements And Announcements About Open Jobs, Events And The Opening Hours Of City Services. All Editors Are Offered The Same Announcement Content To Publish. The Volume Of The Announcement Is Basically The Same For All Suppliers. Small Differences In Volume May Occur Due To The Fact That The Announcements Can Be Scaled To Fit The Page Size Of The Magazine. The City Of Äänekoskis Need For Notifications Varies And The City Does Not Commit To Any Number Of Notifications. The Editor Or Editors Are Not Granted Exclusive Rights To Publish Announcements From The City Of Äänekoski. Accordingly, The City May, At Its Discretion, Also Publish Notices In Other Printed Newspapers And Magazines, For Example In National And Provincial Newspapers And Trade Magazines, As Well As In Other Means Of Notice. The Editors Also Do Not Have The Right To Publish All Announcements Not Only In Other Media But Also In The Editors Media. Project Communications Or Other Announcements Intended For A Certain External Target Group May Be Published In Other Printed Newspapers And Magazines Without Publishing Them At All In The Newspapers According To This Procurement. This Agreement Does Not Apply To Announcements In The Northern Central Finland Employment Area, Nor To Announcements By The Subsidiary Community Of The City Of Äänekoski Referred To In The Municipal Act (410/2015) Or By A Foundation Under The Citys Control. This Agreement Also Does Not Apply To Advertising Ordered By A Third Party, Even If The City Of Äänekoski Finances Or Otherwise Supports The Party, The Partys Activities Or The Advertising In Question Or Is In Contractual Cooperation With The Party. However, The Agreement Also Applies To Advertising Related To The Employment Area Or The Activities Of A Third Party, If The City Of Äänekoski Acts Directly As The Subscriber Of The Announcement And The Order Is Billed To The City. The Procurement Is Tendered At A Fixed Price So That All Bidders Who Commit To The Price And Meet The Minimum Requirements Are Selected As Suppliers, However, A Maximum Of One Message Per Media Group. All The Announcements Published In All The Selected Newspapers During The Entire Contract Period Have Been Calculated Into The Estimated Value Of The Procurement.
