Hospital Facilities Construction Work – Public Procurement Of The Execution Of Works (Cl1) Within The Project Thermal Rehabilitation Of The Wards Of The Vâlcea County Emergency Hospital In Remus Bellu Street No. 3. The Main Interventions Proposed By The Project Concern Energy Efficiency And Re-Compartmentalization Works At Building C1, As Well As Rehabilitation Works Of The Thermal Plant Of The Vâlcea County Emergency Hospital, Located In Remus Bellu Street, No. 3. Also, Alternative Systems For Producing Electricity For Self-Consumption From Renewable Sources Will Be Purchased And Installed. The Execution Works Related To The Contractual Agreement, Established By The Technical Project Include: A) The Purchase Of All Necessary Materials And Products, The Provision Of All Machines, Means And Equipment (Including Any Lifting Or Handling Equipment) Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; B) Any Activity Or Provisional Work Necessary For The Preparation Of The Construction Site; C) The Transport To The Construction Site Of Any Materials, Machines, Components And Work Equipment, Of Any Normal Or Extraordinary Means Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; D) Any Relevant Tests And Tests, As These Tests And Tests Are Required By Legislation And Regulations In The Field Of The Quality Assurance System In Construction; E) Any Consumables Necessary For The Execution Of The Works And The Carrying Out Of The Tests; F) Normal And Extraordinary Maintenance Of The Works Until They Are Handed Over To The Purchaser; G) Activities And Supplies Necessary To Keep The Site Clean And Functional, Dismantling And Removing Any Temporary Works Or Activities; H) Preparation Of Any Documentation Required By The Contractor For The Execution Of The Works, Documentation That Includes But Is Not Limited To: I) General Graphs For The Realization Of The Public Investment; Ii) Quality Plan For Execution; Iii) Quality Control Plan; Iv) Certifications And Test Results Of Materials; J) Restoring The Areas Affected By The Execution Of The Works To Their Original Form And Structure; K) Documenting The Necessary Information For The Construction Technical Book, Including Documenting The Operating Instructions; L) Training The Staff Of The Final Beneficiary (Vâlcea County Emergency Hospital); M) Commissioning Of Installations And Equipment; N) Execution Of Any Necessary Repairs During The Warranty Period. The Object Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Is The Execution Of All Works Based On The Technical Project Developed By The Designer S.C. Bemel Ag S.R.L., Which Developed The Technical Project In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Award Documentation. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contractual Agreement Also Include A Warranty Period To Be Offered (Minimum 60 Months - Category B Construction). The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical-Economic Documentation, The Technical Project Phase, As Well As With The Contractual Clauses And The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force.
