Vehicles And The Equipment Installed On Them Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Third-Party Rights, And Of The Highest Quality. Cars Marked As Fire Brigade Cars Equipped With Priority Signals And Equipped With Equipment Specified In The Tender Documentation And Which The Contractor Must Install In The Vehicles. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Terms Of Delivery And Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Template Contract. 4. Delivery Of Vehicles Covers Two Periods Of 8 Vehicles Each. Delivery Date Of The First Batch Of Vehicles: By June 11, 2027. Delivery Date Of The Second Batch Of Vehicles By September 29, 2028. The Start Date Of The First Batch Of Vehicles Is February 22, 2027, And The Second Batch Is February 21, 2028. These Dates Refer To The Earliest Possible Date Of Receipt Of The Actual Subject Of The Contract. The Vehicle Collection Schedule For Individual Users Is Attached As Annex 6 To The Agreement.
