This Contract Takes The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Unit Prices In Accordance With The Unit Price Schedule As Well As The Quotes That May Be Requested For Services Not Provided For In The Bpu And Called Exceptional Or Occasional In Application Of Article R2112-6 Of The Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement Is With A Maximum Of 320,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (Bpu And Quote) For The Entire Duration Of The Contract (Including Renewals) In Application Of Article R2362-8 Of The Public Order Code
