The Subject Of The Order Is The Lease Of 5 Used, Low-Floor City Buses, Manufactured In 2020, Powered By A Diesel Engine And An Electric Motor In The Mild Hybrid Solution. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow A Plug-In Hybrid Solution. 1) Bus Dimensions: A) Total Length - From 11,000 Mm To 12,500 Mm B) Total Width - Up To 2,550 Mm Without Mirrors C) Total Height - Up To 3,300 Mm (Including Air Conditioning) 2) Mileage Up To 350,000 Km. 2. Buses Cannot Be Damaged Or Post-Accident, And Must Not Have Any Visible Defects In The Body Or Chassis Components That Could Be Caused By Corrosion Or Other Factors. 3. The Offered Buses Must Meet The Requirements Of: 1) Polish Regulations On The Admission Of Vehicles To Traffic, Included In Section Iii Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Development Of January 30, 2015 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2024, Item 502); 2) Have A Valid Type-Approval Certificate With Annexes For The Type Of Vehicle Offered, Issued By The Competent Minister; The Ordering Party Requires That The Approval Certificate Meets The Requirements Of Un/Ece Regulation No. 107 - Uniform Provisions Regarding The Approval Of Vehicles Of Categories M2 Or M3 With Regard To Their General Structure (Oj Eu.L.2015.153.1 Of 18/06/2015); 4. The Contractor Will Deliver Buses Of One Brand, One Type And Version, Which Means That They Should Be Identical, In Particular In Terms Of Construction, Technical Parameters, Equipment And Colors. 5. The Place Of Delivery Of The Buses Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Located At Ul. Gnieźnieńska 9 In Koszalin. 6. The Cost Of Bus Delivery Is Borne By The Contractor. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum 3-Month Warranty For The Chassis, Drive System And Electrical System. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Electronic Access To The Spare Parts Catalog. 10. Before Selecting An Offer, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect The Offered Buses. 11. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5A Of The Public Procurement Law, Will Reject An Offer That Was Submitted By A Contractor From A Third Country That Is Not A Party To An International Agreement Or Jointly With A Contractor From A Third Country That Is Not A Party To An International Agreement. 12.
