In Order To Ensure University Health Care At The Highest Level Under The Economic Conditions On The Wards And Departments, A New Cloud-Based Solution (Software As A Service (Saas)) Is To Be Introduced For The Following Areas Of Application, Including Upstream And Downstream Tasks, And Operated By The Contractor For The Ukhd And Other Authorized Clients: - Vacation And Absence Management/Personnel Deployment Planning - Time Management - Employee Self Service (Ess) / Manager Self Service (Mss) - Reporting And Statistics. The Pep Solution Is Intended To Enable More Efficient Planning And Execution Of Processes Relating To Personnel Deployment Planning, Control And Billing. Due To The Very Close Interaction, Both Functionally And Data-Related, The Aforementioned Application Areas/Functional Units Should Be Viewed As A Unit. What Is Advertised Is Standard Software (Not Individual Development) That Implements The Clients Requirements Or Is To Be Adapted Through Appropriate Configuration/Parameterization. In Addition, The Consolidation And Standardization Of The Processes Supported By The Pep Solution Offered Are The Subject Of The Tendered Service; This Must Be Carried Out In Close Coordination With The Client. The Procurement Project Includes The Provision Of A Software-As-A-Service (Saas) System That Enables The Client To Use The Application In Accordance With The Contractually Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla). During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Guarantees The Proper Operation As Well As The Care And Maintenance Of The Saas System To The Extent Necessary To Comply With The Agreed Sla. The Pep Solution Must Be Seamlessly Integrated Into The Ukhds It Environment Via Interfaces. The Solution To Be Provided Must Be Integrated Into The Ukhds It Environment Via Seamless Interface Integration. The Integration Of The Pep Solution Ensures A Smooth And Media-Free Data Exchange. In Addition, Additional Services Listed In This Service Description (E.G. Training) Are An Integral Part Of The Offer And The Total Price.
