Telephone Reception Services, Handling Emergency Calls From Tenants In The Evenings, Weekends And Public Holidays With Management Of On-Site Technical Interventions Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Buildings, Maintaining The Habitability Of Housing And The Safety Of People And Property. As Part Of This Consultation, Elogie-Siemp Is Acting As Coordinator Of A Group Of Orders Concluded With Soreqa. This Contract Is A Mixed Contract Treated In Part In The Form Of A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Will Give Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, With No Minimum, With A Maximum Amount Of 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (Only For The Part To Be Ordered) Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract. This Contract Is Also Treated At A Global And Fixed Price For Reception And Telephone Hotline Services.
