Urban Planning And Landscape Architectural Services – Operation N°338: Project Management Contract For The Development Of The Connection Road From The Zac Oasis To The Sulauze Bar - Municipalities Of Istres And Miramas. <Br/>The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications.<Br/>The Services Are Regulated By Fixed Prices.<Br/>The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Appoint A Project Manager For The Operation Of Developing A Connection Road Between The Zac Oasis And The So-Called “Sulauze” Bar In The Territories Of The Communes Of Istres And Miramas, Within The Framework Of A Works Mandate Entrusted By The Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis To Soleam, By Deliberation Of The Metropolitan Council On October 10, 2024. The Project Is The Creation Of A New Road On A Land Base Which Will Be Made Available To The Agent By The Principal. The Objective Of This Roadwork Is To Serve: - The Zac Oasis At Its Northern End - The Carbon Project To The West - The Centralized Security Station Of The Sncf To The North And To Connect These Sites To The So-Called Sulauze Bar (Built By Cd13) To The South By Means Of A Roundabout To Be Created For This Purpose On This Structure. The Work Must Meet All Metropolitan Recommendations (Uses, Including Active Travel Modes), The Technical Constraints Of The Site (Topography, Hydraulics) And The Challenges Set By The Principal (Environment, Urban Quality, Dewaterproofing). <Br/>
