Social Work And Related Services – Ludwigslust-Parchim District - Debtor And Consumer Insolvency Advice In Hagenow And Ludwigslust. The Aim Is To Ensure Debtor And Consumer Insolvency Advice. Debt And Consumer Insolvency Advice Includes Advice And Offers Of Help From Recognized Debtor And Consumer Insolvency Advice Centers For Families And Individuals With Indebtedness Or Over-Indebtedness Problems, Including Preparation For Consumer Insolvency Proceedings And Discharge Of Residual Debt. This Includes Appropriate Financial And Social-Educational Advice And The Identification Of Necessary Further Advice And Social Assistance As Well As Measures In Connection With Consumer Insolvency Advice. The Services Must At Least Meet All The Requirements Of The Guidelines On Financing And Transparency In Independent Welfare In The Ludwigslust-Parchim District (District Council Resolution Of March 19, 2025) As Well As Annex 1 Of The Guidelines. Offers That Do Not Guarantee A Personal Contribution In Accordance With Section 6 Paragraph 4 Of The Directive Are Also Permitted. Hagenow Is To Be Set Up As The Main Location For Service Provision, With The Associated Secondary Locations In Ludwigslust, Lübtheen, Boizenburg, Zarrentin And Dömitz. Deviating From The Main And Secondary Locations Specified In Section 1 Of The Directive On Financing And Transparency In Independent Welfare In The Ludwigslust-Parchim District, In The Case Of Debtor And Consumer Insolvency Advice, The Main Locations In Ludwigslust And Hagenow Will Be Merged. The Main Location In Hagenow Will Continue To Exist As Such. The Previous Main Location In Ludwigslust With Its Secondary Location In Dömitz Will In Future Be Attached To The Main Location In Hagenow As A Secondary Location. The Advice Center In Ludwigslust Must Be Kept Open At Least Three Days A Week For All Citizens Seeking Advice. It Must Be Ensured That On At Least One Of These Days There Is An Advisory Service At Times That Also Allow Working People Access. On The Remaining Two Days, Consultation Opportunities Should Be Guaranteed By Prior Appointment. The Existing Regulations Regarding The Opening Times Of The Main And Secondary Locations Remain Unaffected. The Financial Processes At The Hagenow And Ludwigslust Locations Must Continue To Be Treated Separately In The Future. The Client Points Out That The Financing On Which The Award Procedure Is Based Also Comes From Funds From The State Of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania In Accordance With The Welfare Financing And Transparency Act (Woftg M-V). The Amount Of Benefits Under This Law Has Not Yet Been Determined For The Entire Benefit Period. The Client Reserves The Right, Depending On The Resources Actually Available, To Adjust The Scope Of The Services Or To Cancel The Award Procedure Or Terminate The Contractual Relationship.
