RFQ - 05428 1 Overview: Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development 2 Scope of work: The trainer will: Develop and submit a detailed training agenda and methodology tailored to the protection teams learning needs. Deliver a program focusing on facilitation skills, adult learning methods, and the thematic areas (team building, communication, leadership, and time management). Provide a comprehensive manual, presentation materials, and activity guides that can be used by the protection team to facilitate sessions to community groups. Conduct pre- and post-assessments to evaluate the protection teams learning outcomes. Submit a final report summarizing the training process, outcomes, and recommendations for future rollouts. DELIVERABLES: Training agenda and materials (PowerPoint, handouts, group activity guides). Attendance sheets for each session. Pre- and post-training evaluations. Final report summarizing methodology, results, and recommendations. Note: The selected supplier must be responsible for Providing the required services within the required period.
