Tenders are invited for Construction Works Contract for the Nipepe Womens Boarding Center - Phase II, consisting of the following activities: (i) Completion of Phase I and (ii) Construction of Kitchen and 1 Water Supply System. 3.1 Interested bidders may obtain further information, review the Bidding Documents, or purchase them from the Management, Execution, and Purchasing Division, on the 2nd Floor of the DPE-Niassa Building, located at Av. Jullius Nyerere, for the non-refundable amount of 2,000 MT for each Lot/Tender. The purchase price of the tender documents must be deposited in bank account no. 226435249, Bim. A visit to the construction site is MANDATORY. 4. Proposals must be submitted to the Management, Execution and Acquisitions Department by 9:45 a.m. on November 4, 2025, for the Construction Contracts and Supply of Goods tenders, respectively. Proposals will be opened in a public session in the room of the Department of Construction and School Equipment Projects, located on the 3rd Floor of the DPE Building, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. For these bids, in addition to the original, the number of copies of the proposals is 2 (two), and they must also be submitted in electronic format on a CD or USB flash drive. 5. The competitions will be governed by the procedures defined in the Regulation for the Contracting of Public Works Contracts, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022, of December 30.
