The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Banking Services To The Budget Of Mielec County And 15 Subordinate Units Indicated In Chapter I Of The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Opening And Maintaining A Current Account Of The Mielec County Budget; 2.2. Opening And Maintaining Income And Expense Accounts; 2.3. Opening And Maintaining Other Accounts, In Particular The Company Social Benefits Fund Account, Project Accounts, Deposit Sums Accounts, Etc.; 2.4. Providing An Electronic Banking System; 2.5. Providing A Virtual Balance Consolidation Service; 2.6. Generating And Transmitting Bank Statements; 2.7. Handling Mass Payments; 2.8. Making Cash Deposits And Withdrawals To/From The Ordering Partys Accounts, Including Via Electronic Check; 2.9. Making Domestic And Foreign Transfers (Electronic And Paper); 2/10. Execution Of Currency Operations Related To Making Currency Payments, Currency Inflows 2.11. Providing Banking Services Using Payment Machines (Automatic Cash Registers) And Payment Terminals; 2/12. Enabling Payments By Contractors To The Ordering Party Using Payment Card Terminals, Including Mobile Payments, E.G. Via A Mobile Phone (E.G. Blik) At Payment Machines And In Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2/13. Providing A Short-Term Loan In The Current Account Of The Mielec County Budget; 2/14. Providing A Bank Advisor And A Technical Advisor Dedicated To Cooperation With The Ordering Party; 2.15. Preparing Opinions, Statements And Reports Regarding Banking Services; 2.16. Informing The Ordering Party About Seizures Of Property Rights Received By The Contractor Constituting Receivables From Bank Accounts, About Incorrect Payments And About Failure To Make Payments On A Given Day From A Given Account. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Be Provided Within 48 Months, Starting From January 16, 2026. The Opening Of Bank Accounts Must Take Place In Time To Enable Efficient Transfer Of Funds From The Ordering Partys Existing Accounts (Including Organizational Units) To New Accounts While Maintaining The Liquidity Of Banking Services. 5. The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - The Building Of The District Office In Mielec, Ul. Wyspiańskiego 6, 39-300 Mielec.
