Design-Modeling Services – Electrical Energy Supply System Simulation Model. The Purpose Of The Purchase Is Paks Ii. Development Of A Nuclear Power System Simulation Model For The New Nuclear Power Plant Blocks No. 5 And 6 (With A Capacity Of 2*1200 Mw), Which Can Be Used To Examine The Electrical Transient Processes Of The Nuclear Power Plant That Are Critical From The Point Of View Of Nuclear And Production Safety, And Whose Results Are Used To Reduce The Number Of Block Shutdowns Occurring In Connection With Both External And Internal Network Transients To A Minimum Level Can Be Reduced. The Basic Focus Of The Computer Application To Be Developed To Solve The Task Is The Electrical And Technological Modeling Of The Nuclear Power Plant Block And Joint-Venture Electricity Supply Systems (Both Production, Network And Consumer System Elements), And The Modeling Of The Secondary Technology To Check The System-Level Coordinated Operation Of The Relay Protection Automations. The Second Objective Is Real-Time Simulation, During Which The Examination Of Critical Electrical Control Devices With Co-Simulation (C-Hil). The Uniquely Developed Simulation Model Must Be Suitable For The Simulation Of All Known Electrical Technological Phenomena (Transient States And Automatic Operations Interpreted In The Normal Operating Stationary And Electromechanical Range, Operational Switching Processes, Transient States And Automatic Operations Interpreted In The Stationary And Electromechanical Range Of Malfunction) And Event Flow, As Well As The Operation Of Electrical Protection And Control Automatics - Based On A Logical Model - For Simulation Testing. Calculation Functionality Expected In Connection With The Simulation Software: The Simulation Model (Digital-Twin) Of The Nuclear Power Plants Power Supply Systems Should Be Suitable For Performing The Following Tests: - Power Flow And Voltage Drop Calculation: Ac & Dc Loadflow (With Symmetrical And Asymmetrical Load). - Short Circuit And Phase Loss Calculation: Ac & Dc Short Circuit (Symmetric: 3F, 3Fn; Asymmetric: 2Fn, 2F, 1Fn, 1F Phase Break). - Dynamic Power Flow Calculation: Normal Operation And Malfunction Electrical Events In The Electromechanical Transient Range. - Equipment-Level Transmission Reserve (Utilization) Calculation: Based On Typical Electricity Consumer Distribution And Load Profiles. - Simulation Of Fault Phenomena And Switching Scenarios For Coordinated And Selective Automatic Protection And Control Operation Control. (Electrical Protection And Automation Devices Must Be Modeled Using The Blackbox (Deterministic, Logical Operation-Based) Modeling Method, Up To The Level Of Low-Voltage Main Distribution Equipment In The Network, As Well As Producer And Consumer Intelligent Protection And Automatic Control Devices).
