The Subject Of The Order Is An Inventory And Assessment Of The Conservation Status Of Birds Protected In The Natura 2000 Area Ostoja Rogalińska Plb300017. Bird Species For Which Conservation Status Assessment Should Be Carried Out: A) Breeding Populations: Black Tern Chlidonias Niger, Middle Woodpecker Dendrocops Medius, Black Kite Milvus Migrans, Red Kite Milvus Milvus; B) Migratory Populations: White-Fronted Goose Anser Albifrons, Bean Goose Anser Fabalis. 2. 1. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Determining The Number And Distribution Of The Above-Mentioned Bird Species And Identification Of Their Existing And Potential Habitats In The Natura 2000 Area. The Study Should Be Carried Out In The Natura 2000 Area, But Outside The Boundaries Of The Greater Poland National Park. The Fragment Of The Natura 2000 Area Coinciding With The Buffer Zone Of The Wielkopolski National Park Falls Within The Scope Of The Natura 2000 Area Under Study. B) Carrying Out A Conservation Status Assessment For Objects Of Protection In The Natura 2000 Area Outside The Boundaries Of The Wielkopolski National Park; C) Planning Protective Actions For The Objects Of Protection - If Such A Need Arises From The Analysis Of The Assessment Of The Protection Status And Identified Threats; D) Development Of Methodological Assumptions For Assessing The Conservation Status Of Protected Objects In The Natura 2000 Area; E) Analysis Of The Standard Data Form For The Natura 2000 Area, Verification Of The Validity Of The Records And Preparation Of A Draft Of A New Sdf. 3. Field Research To Determine The Number And Distribution Of Birds Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Methodology, The Assumptions Of Which, Together With The Schedule For The Implementation Of Field Research For The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation, Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party No Later Than 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows Modifications To The Above. Assumptions And Schedule During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Only After Prior Arrangement, However, The Proposed Changes Cannot Be Significant Enough To Affect The Quality Of The Results Obtained.
