When Executing The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: 1. Preparation Of Investment Projects In The Technical Design Phase, In Scope And Content According To Zut And Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects; 2. Coordination Of The Investment Projects By The Contractor With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies, Municipal And State Institutions, In Accordance With The Legal Requirements, Before Handing Over The Projects To The Contracting Authority For Assessment Of Their Compliance With The Essential Requirements For Construction, In Connection With Approval And Obtaining A Construction Permit; 3. Implementation Of Smr, According To The Technical Project, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book, Including Provided By The Quantitative - Value Account Cmr; 4. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project; 5. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In The Construction; 6. Notifying The Employer Of The Need For Additional Design; 7. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 8. Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction; 9. Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation; 10. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 11. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Determined By The Public Procurement Contract In Accordance With The Offer; 12. Performing Copyright Supervision.
