The Subject Of The Order Is The Lease Of 15 Brand New, Low-Floor City Buses, Powered By A Diesel Engine, Including: 1) 13 Maxi Buses A) Total Length - From 11,000 Mm To 12,500 Mm B) Total Width - Up To 2,550 Mm Without Mirrors C) Total Height - Up To 3,300 Mm (Including Air Conditioning) 2) 2 Mega Buses A) Total Length – From 17,500 Mm To 18,750 Mm B) Total Width - Up To 2,550 Mm Without Mirrors C) Total Height - Up To 3,300 Mm (Including Air Conditioning) 2. The Offered Buses Must Meet The Requirements Of: 1) Polish Regulations On The Admission Of Vehicles To Traffic, Included In Section Iii Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And Meet The Conditions Technical Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Development Of January 30, 2015 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502); 2) Have A Valid Type-Approval Certificate With Annexes For The Type Of Vehicle Offered, Issued By The Competent Minister; The Ordering Party Requires That The Approval Certificate Meets The Requirements Of Un/Ece Regulation No. 107 - Uniform Provisions Regarding The Approval Of Vehicles Of Categories M2 Or M3 With Regard To Their General Structure (Oj Eu.L.2015.153.1 Of 18/06/2015); 3) Be Brand New, Manufactured In The Year Of Delivery, Meet The Minimum Euro Vi Standard. 4) Be Adapted To Polish Climatic And Environmental Conditions, In Particular A Wide Range Of Air Temperatures And Humidity, High Air Pollution And Dustiness Occurring During Operation; 5) Be Resistant To The Action Of Agents Used To Maintain Road Passability In Winter, As Well As To The Action Of Agents For Washing And Cleaning Vehicles; 6) Have A Paint Coating That Is Durable Enough To Be Washed Daily Using A Brush Automatic Car Wash; 3. The Contractor Will Deliver Buses Of One Brand, One Type And Version, Which Means That They Should Be Identical, In Particular In Terms Of Construction, Technical Parameters, Equipment And Colors. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Detailed Technical Description Of The Components (Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party). 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: 1) Grant The Ordering Party The Authorization To An Authorized Service Station (Aso) To Perform Warranty Inspections; A) Before The Delivery Deadline, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant An Indefinite Internal Authorization To The Ordering Party To Perform Technical Services (Periodic Inspections) And Warranty And Non-Warranty Repairs, Based On A Separate Service Contract. B) Repairs And Inspections Will Take Place In The Ordering Partys Workshop, Acting In This Respect As An Authorized Service Center (Aso). C) The Ordering Party, Despite Obtaining The Internal Authorization Of The Contractor In The Field Of Aso, Reserves The Right To Perform Warranty Repairs
