Delivery Of Net Quantities Of Low And Medium Voltage Electrical Energy To The Objects Specified In The Tender Documentation And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Natfiz Kr. Sarafov The Current Public Procurement Is For The Supply Of Net Electric Energy On The Free Market At Freely Negotiated Prices In Accordance With Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 And Art. 103 Of The Energy Act (Ee) And The Rules For Trade In Electric Energy (Ptee), For The Supply Of The Natfiz Kr. Sarafov Facilities Located In The City Of Sofia, G.S. Rakovski Street No. 108A, St. Gs Rakovski No. 114, Studentski Grad, Block No. 29, Industrialna St. No. 7A And Kozharska St. No. 2A. The Supply Includes: Supply Of Low And Medium Voltage Net Electrical Energy; Preparation Of Documents And Registration At The Initial Change Of Supplier; Planning And Forecasting On Behalf Of The Client; Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Freight Schedules On Behalf Of The Client, With Risks Related To Forecasting And Imbalances Remaining At The Expense Of The Contractor And Participation In The Company Balancing Group. The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of The Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act And Other Normative Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including Ptee, Pikee And The Regulations Issued On The Basis Of Ze). In The Capacity Of Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Employer Paying A Registration And Participation Fee, As Well As Provide Forecasting Of The Employers Consumption, Including Administration Of The Employers Hourly Consumption Schedules.
