The Above-Mentioned Procedure Under Separate Item 5: Ongoing Repair Of The Building Of The Town Hall In The Village Of Gita, Municipality Of Chirpan Has Been Terminated On The Basis Of Art. 110, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop, Due To The Fact That The Only Submitted Bid For Participation Was Removed On The Basis Of Art. 107, Item 5 Of The Civil Code In Connection With Art. 9L, Para. 5 Of The Ppzop, Since The Participant Did Not Provide The Key For Decrypting His Offer Within The Specified Period. With Decision No. F722920 Of July 23, 2025 Of The Mayor Of The Municipality Of Chirpan, A Procedure Was Opened For The Award Of A Public Contract By Holding A Public Competition With The Subject: Selection Of A Contractor Current Repair Of Buildings, Municipal Property For Two Separate Positions: Separate Position 1: Current Repair Of Areas Adjacent To The Building Of The Ministry Of Health Dr. Ivan Sofkarov And Separate Item 2: Ongoing Repair Of The Building Of The Gita Town Hall, Chirpan Municipality, Published In The Official Gazette With Unique Number 00240-2025-0019. With The Effective Decision No. D 47546942 Of 21.08.2025, The Above Mentioned Procedure Under Separate Item 2: Ongoing Repair Of The Building Of The Town Hall Of The Village Of Gita, Municipality Chirpan Has Been Terminated On The Basis Of Article 110, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, Therefore, Not A Single Bid For Participation Has Been Submitted. According To Art. 182, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Conduct Direct Negotiation With Certain Persons When The Procedure For Awarding Through A Public Competition Has Been Terminated Because No Bids Have Been Submitted Or The Bids Submitted Are Inappropriate And The Originally Announced Conditions Have Not Been Substantially Changed. The Present Public Procurement Is Conducted On The Basis Of Art. 182, Para. 1, Item 2, In Connection With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 13 Of The Ppa Without Changing The Originally Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority And In Compliance With The Applicable Legislation.
