The Services, Subject Of This Contract, Concern The Project Management Relating To The Connection Of The Leclerc Building Of The Cpr To The Thassalia Urban Hot And Cold Network. This Is A Composite Contract Carried Out At Mixed Prices Including: - An Ordinary Contract Corresponding To The Main Mission Of The Project Manager (Basic Mission Moe Within The Meaning Of The Regulations And Complementary Missions Opc And Aoms) Which Will Be Carried Out At Price Global And Flat-Rate; These Missions Will Give Rise To A Remuneration Package - A Framework Agreement Corresponding To Possible Additional Missions Not Listed Above And Which Will Be Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders On The Basis Of Unit Prices
