The Subject Of The Contract Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1356 - Forest Act), Covering Work In The Field Of Hunting Management In The Hunting District Of The Game Breeding Center Of The Forest District (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ohz), To Be Carried Out In The Piaski Forest District In 2026. In Particular, The Subject The Order Includes: Organization Of Hunting, Development Hunting Districts, Construction Of Hunting Facilities, Feeding Game, Protection Of Farmlands And Meadows Against Damage From Game. The Description Of The Activities Is Included In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz.
