The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To This Swz, Which Includes: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Annexes To The Construction Design, Technical Design, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Traffic Organization Design. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free And Economical Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, Within The Lump Sum Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As Removal Of All Defects And Faults That Occur During The Warranty Period And The Guarantee Granted By The Contractor.
