Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Shelter To Approximately 3 Homeless Women B) Estimated Number Of Man-Days During The Contract Period: 822 Man-Days) The Detailed Scope Of The Services Provided Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz. D) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Estimated Number Of Man-Days Of Providing Services In Accordance With Its Current Needs, Provided That The Minimum Order Value Is 10% Of The Value Of The Original Order. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Compensation For Reducing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contract Can Be Signed After The Financial Plan For 2026 Is Approved.
