The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For The Years 2025-2026 - Protecting Residents Against Floods. Retrofitting A Flood Warehouse From The Funds Of The Silesian Voivode. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 9 To The Swz; Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementing. Equivalent Solutions.1 If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 2 The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
