Request for proposals for Provision of Electrical Buses Lease/ Rental Services for Eacop Ltd in Tanzania The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from Lake Albert area in Uganda to eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale, Hoima District in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula in Tanga, Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 296 km will be in Uganda and 1,147 km in Tanzania. In Tanzania the pipeline will traverse eight (8) regions comprising of Kagera, Geita, Shinyanga, Tabora, Singida, Dodoma, Manyara and Tanga, 27 administrative District Councils, and 231 villages. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES: PROCUREMENT SERVICES EACOP requires the services of experienced and reputable companies or organizations to provide Electrical bus through for lease/ rental that includes: · Electrical Mini Vans or Minibuses with Automatic transmission and minimum capacity for 12 seats, not older than 5 years from manufacture. · Provision of Maintenance services (and records) for the vehicles (Preventive and periodic) including tyre replacement, maintenance, and management. · Provide a list of branches and or associates in Tanzania. · Provide information pertaining to safety ratings equivalent to NCAP Safety Rating. · Provide information to make or any model currently in stock and planned inventory for the coming year Tender Link : https://www.eacop.com/eacop-goods-services/
