The Order Will Be Implemented Based On The Resolutions Of The Bochnia City Council: 1) Resolution No. Xlii/410/22 Of The City Council Bochnia Of March 31, 2022 Regarding The Introduction Of A Paid Parking Zone, Determining Fees For Parking Motor Vehicles On Public Roads In The Paid Parking Zone, Introducing A Subscription Fee For Certain Road Users And The Method Of Collecting These Fees;2) Resolution No. Lv/546/23 Of The Bochnia City Council Of April 27, 2023 Amending The Resolution On The Introduction Of A Paid Parking Zone, Determining Fees For Parking Motor Vehicles On Public Roads In The Paid Parking Zone, Introducing A Subscription Fee For Certain Road Users And The Method Of Collecting These Fees;3) Resolution No. Xxxi/255/17 Of February 23, 2017 On Establishing The Rules For The Use Of Unguarded Parking Lots Located In Areas That Are Not Public Roads (As Amended);4) Resolution No. Lv/547/23 Of The Bochnia City Council Of April 27, 2023 Amending The Resolution On The Prices For Parking Vehicles In Unguarded Parking Lots Located In Areas That Are Not Public Roads.4. The Area Of The Paid Parking Zone, The Days And Hours Of Paid Parking And The Fee Rates Are Specified In The Above-Mentioned Resolutions.5.
