Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The City And Commune Of Włodowice Together With Organizational Units And A Cultural Institution

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity (And Purchase Of Electricity Generated In The Res Installation) For The Needs Of The City And Commune Of Włodowice And Its Organizational Units And Cultural Institutions, To Energy Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The City And Commune Of Włodowice - The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And On Behalf Of The Following Entities: A) Municipal Services Department In Włodowice; B) Municipal Social Welfare Center In Włodowice; C) Primary School. On Broniewskiego In Włodowice With A Branch In Zdowie;D) Primary School In Rudniki;E) Kindergarten In Włodowice;F) Municipal And Communal Cultural Center In Włodowice. After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer, The City And Commune Of Włodowice And The Above-Mentioned Units Will Award A Public Procurement, In Their Own Name And For Their Own Benefit, Concluding Separate Public Procurement Contracts For This Purpose.3. The Forecast Demand For Electricity In The Period With A Total Estimated Volume From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Will Conclude An Agreement For The Purchase Of Energy Generated In Sources Belonging To The Ordering Party, Based On The Contractual Template Proposed By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Contract, Adapt The Provisions To The Requirements Of The Swz, Complete The Contractors Data And Adapt The Settlement Template For The Installation In Accordance With The Provisions Below. In The Settlement Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Following Rules Apply: 1) For Photovoltaic Installations With A Contractual Capacity Below 50 Kw, In The Event Of Concluding An Agreement With The Contractor Who Is Also The Obligated Seller, The Statutory Obligation To Repurchase Energy According To The Formula Proposed By The Contractor Will Apply. Settlements Based On Net-Billing Can Also Be Carried Out By An Unobligated Seller. In A Situation Where It Is Technically Possible To Settle The Above-Mentioned Ppe On A Net-Billing Basis, It Is Sufficient For The Contractor To Mark This Ppe In The System As A Prosumer And Conduct Appropriate Settlements On A Net-Billing Basis; 2) The Buyer Is Responsible And Covered By The Buyer For The Commercial Balancing And The Costs Of Commercial Balancing Of Electricity Generated In The Pv Installation. The Amount Of Electricity Volume Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption.
