The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Tasks: 1) Preparatory Work (Clearing Bushes), 2) Re-Growing The Existing Surface At Depth 15 Cm,3) Construction Of An Exit To The Road (Culvert With A Diameter Of 40 Cm),4) Construction Of A Foundation Layer Of Rock Rubble, Thickness. 10 Cm5) Execution Of The Lower Foundation Layer Of Crushed Aggregates, Thickness. 20 Cm,6) Execution Of The Upper Layer Of The Foundation From Crushed Aggregates, Thickness. 10 Cm And Performance Of Other Works Ensuring Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Together With The Annexes, I.E.: 1. Design Documentation.2. Bill Of Quantities.3. Detailed Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Proper Security, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site; 2) Surveying Services Along With As-Built Inventory, 3) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, 4) Providing As-Built Documentation (As-Built Cost Estimate, Declarations, Etc.), 5) Full Responsibility The Contractor For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And Waste Management To An Extent That Completely Relieves The Ordering Party From This Liability.
