The Delivered Products Should Meet The Appropriate Quality Requirements For Nutrition In Mass Catering Conditions And Must Comply With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Regulations Issued On Its Basis.2. The Goods Should Be Delivered Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, And The Contractor Should Respond Flexibly To The Increased Or Decreased Needs Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Given Product Range Or The Entire Delivery.3. Individual Partial Orders Will Be Placed By The Ordering Party (Persons Indicated In The Contract) By Telephone, Fax Or Electronically With Confirmation Of Order Acceptance By The Contractor.4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively In The Assortment And Quantity Consistent With The Order Placed On Working Days From: 6:30 – 8:00, Excluding Holidays.5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods Within The Declared Delivery Time, But No Later Than The Second Business Day From The Date Of Order.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Freely Reduce The Declared Estimated Quantities Of Each Product Item Without Legal Or Financial Consequences.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Deliveries Between Items In The Subject Of The Order, Provided That The Value Of The Contract Does Not Change.8. If The Ordering Party Finds A Defective Batch Of The Delivered Goods, The Complaint Will Be Reported By Phone, And The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Replace It With Defect-Free Goods In The Quantities Questioned By The Ordering Party9. The Contractor Will Deliver Food Products Using Appropriate Means Of Transport For The Transported Goods. Transport Of Articles Should Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport That Meet Sanitary Requirements, Including Activities Related To Loading And Unloading.10. Price Forms Provide A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.11. The Ordering Party Accepts Goods With Parameters Equivalent To Those Included In The Swz And Price Forms.12. The Price Should Include Costs Related To Transport And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.13. The Delivered Articles Should Be Of The First Quality, Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates, As Well As Valid Expiration Dates And Characteristics Specified In Swz.14. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicate The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Tender Documentation, Directly Or Indirectly Identifying The Goods Or Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation.
