The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting Of: 1) Removal Of 210 Trees Located On Real Estate Located In Poznań Owned Or Managed By The Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers, 2) Replacement Planting Of 35 Trees. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Distinguishes The Scope Covered By The Option Right, Which Includes: 1) Felling Of 23 Trees Located In Poznań On The Property Located In Poznań Owned Or Managed By The Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers 2) Replacement Planting Of 40 Trees.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Terms Of Reference.4. The Ordering Party Specified The Option Right. The Option Is Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.5. The Offer Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To Swz.6. Wood Obtained From Felling Trees Becomes The Property Of The Contractor.7. The Contractors Remuneration Takes Into Account His Benefits Resulting From The Wood Obtained From Felling, In Accordance With § 3 Section 7 Of The Draft Contract.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Zlotys). Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require A Copy Of The Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance.
