Bids Are Invited For Data Center Decommissioning Services - Two Locations

The Purpose Of This Nrfp Is To Invite Proponents To Prepare And Submit Competitive Proposals To Provide Bc Housing With The Deliverables. Through This Nrfp Process, Bc Housing Is Seeking To Enter A Contract (The“Contract”) With An Experienced, Qualified Supplier (The “Supplier”) To Provide Data Center Decommissioning Services.The Objective Of This Project Is To Securely Decommission Data-Bearing Assets And Associated Infrastructure At Two Locations:Site A: Home Office, Burnaby Bc:The Selected Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Secure Destruction Of Data, Removal And Disposition Of It Equipment, Including Both Indoor And Outdoor Support Systems, Electrical, Coiling Systems And Restoration Of Facilities To A Clean And Neutral State. No Data Migration Or Transfer Is Requiredsite B: Penticton Office, Penticton Bc:The Selected Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Secure Destruction Of Data, Removal And Disposition Of It Equipment, Including Both Indoor And Outdoor Support Systems And Servers. No Data Migration Or Transfer Is Required.The Selected Proponent Will Need To Have All Work Completed By March 31St, 2026.
