The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Regarding The Modernization Of Gas Boiler Rooms For A School Building In The Town Of Trzcianka (Nowy Tomyśl Poviat) On Plot No. 101/11, Rev. 0009 Trzcianka. As A Heat Source For The Designed Investment, It Is Planned To Use A Cascade Of Two Identical Standing Capacitive Condensing Boilers With A Stainless Steel Exchanger. In Order To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The New Installation, The Designed System Does Not Include A Hydraulic Clutch And Boiler Pumps, Which Will Reduce Investment And Operating Costs - This Is A Necessary And Necessary Requirement. Additionally, The New Installation Uses Two Active Returns (Low And High Temperature) At The Boilers. Each Gas Boiler Should Have A Single Gas Burner, Multi-Burner Solutions Are Not Allowed. Minimum Technical Parameters That A Condensing Gas Boiler Should Have: Technical Data Of The Designed Single Heating Device: • Heating Power Range Not Less Than 57 Kw And Not More Than 285 Kw At The Parameter 80/60°C, • Maximum Operating Pressure Not Less Than 6 Bar, • Maximum Supply Temperature Not Less Than 95°C, • Energy Efficiency For The Load Partial According To En15502 Standard Not Less Than 108.5%, • The Water Capacity Of The Boiler Cannot Be Less Than 0.9 L/Kw (Referring To The Heating Power At The Parameter 80/60°C), • Nox Class Not Worse Than 6 Acc. En-15502,• Maximum Electrical Energy Consumption By The Boiler Not More Than 365 W,• The Boiler Should Be Characterized By No Need To Ensure Minimum Flow,Minimum Technical Parameters For The Hydraulic System:• No Need To Use Return Temperature Protection.• Low Hydraulic Resistance Not More Than 10 Mbar (Δt = 20K For Maximum Power),Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Control System And Management Of The Operation Of Boilers And Installations: Each Boiler Should Have Built-In Weather Automation Enabling The Boilers To Operate In A Cascade Without The Need To Use Additional Cascade Modules, As Well As A Control Panel. Boilers With Stb 110°C Protection And Control Of Basic Heating Circuits: • Control Of The Heating Circuit With A Mixer • Control Of The Direct Heating Circuit • Control Of The Charging Circuit Dhw (Parallel Or Priority)Heating Circuitsthe Heating Medium In The Installation Is Divided Into Four Heating Circuits: - Mixing Circuit 1 (Remains Unchanged) Equipped With: • Mixing Valve, • Circulation Pump - Mixing Circuit 2 (Remains Unchanged) Equipped With: • Mixing Valve, • Circulation Pump - Mixing Circuit 3 (Remains Unchanged) Equipped With:• Mixing Valve,• Circulation Pump - The Hot Utility Water Charging Circuit (New Heating Circuit) Is Equipped With:• Circulation Pump. In Order To Prepare Hot Utility Water, It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Domestic Hot Water Heaters With One New Capacitive Single-Coil Heater With The Following Technical Parameters - The Heater Is Made Of Internal Steel Enameled, - Water Capacity 302 Dm3, - Maximum Pressure 6 Bar, - Coil Heating Surface 1.45 M2, - Thermal
