The Road Surface Is Made Using Crushed Stone Technology And Has Defects In The Form Of Potholes And Cavities. The Implementation Of Renovation Works Includes Filling The Gaps With Compaction And Sectional Mixing Of The Upper Road Layer Using A Recycler, Supplementing With Aggregate And Compacting It. Renovation Works Also Include Sectional Cutting Of Roadsides. The Renovation Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In These Terms Of Reference (Swz). The Road Intended For Renovation, Inv. No.: 220/1187, Located In The Chotylub Forestry, Is Built Using Crushed Stone Technology. The Road Under Renovation Has A Total Length Of 3,190 M, With Damage In The Form Of Defects And Potholes, As Well As Blurred Surfaces On Hills. The Route Of The Road Is Determined By A Site Plan Prepared On A Basic Map At A Scale Of 1:2000. Works Related To The Renovation Of The Road Surface Were Divided Into Two Groups: The First Group Concerns The Implementation Of Partial Renovation - Repair Of Damaged Small Places - Potholes With Defect Depths Up To 5 Cm And Above 5 Cm (Average Depth 8 Cm). Partial Renovation Of This Group Of Works Includes: 1. Raking Damaged Areas, Removing Material And Cleaning Potholes,2. Filling With Crushed Aggregate Fraction 4/31.5 Mm With Water Pouring, With Mechanical Compaction - A Plate Compactor, 3. Grinding - Sealing The Renovated Places With Stone Fines Of 0/4 Mm Fraction. The Second Group Concerns The Repair Of Sections Of Pavement Made Of Mechanically Crushed Aggregate, As The Elimination Of Existing Defects - Ruts Formed In The Traces Of Vehicle Wheels And Bumps Of Various Depths, Aimed At Obtaining The Desired Transverse Slope For Drainage Of Rainwater And Improving The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Road. Renovation Surface Mechanically, Will Consist Of: 1. Mechanical Spreading Of Stone Material Fraction 16/32 Mm In The Amount Of 0.03 M3 Per 1 M2 Of Surface - Average Thickness. 3 Cm. Hard Rock Aggregate (E.G. Andesite, Granodiorite Or Granite) Is Required.2. Mechanical Breaking - Loosening The Surface To A Depth Of 15 Cm (Milling Machine - Recycler), 3. Profiling, Water Pouring And Mechanical Compaction Of The Surface.4. The Surface To Be Renovated Was Finished With 0/4 Mm Stone, Poured With Water And Mechanically Compacted. Renovation Works Also Include Mechanical Cutting Of The Dirt Roadsides, Up To 10 Cm Thick. Complementing The Roadsides With 0/63 Mm Aggregate At The Road Intersection. Repairs Of Fords Consisting In Supplementing Crushed Aggregate Of The 31.5/80 Mm Fraction. The Quantitative Scope Of Renovation Construction Works Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities For 2025 And 2026.
