The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of Renovation Of The Roof, Reconstruction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building And Renovation Of The Retaining Wall. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation Of A Plain Tile Roof, Including The Dismantling Of Old Roof Coverings, Including The Dismantling Of Battens, Counter-Battens And Formwork, The Construction Of A New Tile Roof Covering With The Strengthening Or Replacement Of Structural Elements Of The Roof Truss, Renovation Including The Reconstruction Of Two Porches And The Strengthening Of The Retaining Wall Of A Multi-Family Residential Building. A Detailed Description Of The Investment Is Included In The Design Documentation Attached. To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Bills Of Quantities.1) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations, Standards, Arrangements, Including Fire Protection, With The Investors Recommendations And To Hand Over The Subject Of This Agreement To The Ordering Party, In The Date Agreed Therein.2) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Regulations And Standards In Force On The Date Of Final Acceptance, In Particular With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And On The Conditions Set Out In The Draft Contract.
