The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Provision Of Services Under The Name Development Of A Functional And Operational Program For The Modernization And Expansion Of The Czesław Krygier Municipal Stadium In Świdnik, Ul. Sportowa 2. Municipal Stadium Im. Czesław Krygier In Świdnik, Including The Construction Of Lighting For The Main Board Of The Football Pitch, Expansion Of The Electricity Supply, Reconstruction Of Stands, Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities, Technical Installations And Improvement Of The Accessibility And Operation Of The Facility In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Polish Football Association (Pzpn), As Well As Taking Into Account Existing Technical Conditions. The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages: • Stage I: Development Of The Expansion Concept And Implementation Of The Functional And Utility Program Regarding The Lighting Of The Main Pitch Of The City Stadium Along With The Expansion Of The Electricity Supply Taking Into Account The Demand Of The Entire Stadium Facility • Stage Ii: Development Of The Functional And Utility Program Regarding The Modernization And Expansion Of The City Stadium, Including The Reconstruction Of The Stands And Facilities Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities, Technical Installations Along With Improving The Accessibility And Operation Of The Facility In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Polish Football Association (Pzpn). Both Stages Should Be Fully Interconnected And Create Full Compliance During Implementation.
