The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In: 1) The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, No. 919) ),3) Tariff For Electricity Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office (Hereinafter Referred To As Ure),4) The Civil Code And Other Legal Provisions Relating To The Order In Question.3. The Specification Of Electricity Consumption Points In The Klukowo Commune And The Estimated Electricity Consumption During The Term Of The Contract Are Attached As Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. Electricity Will Be Sold Through The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso), Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In A Separate Agreement Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Dso. The Distribution System Operator Is Pge Dystrybucja S.A., Based In 20-340 Lublin, Ul. Garbarska 21A.5. Requirements For Balancing Electricity. The Ordering Party Informs That Under This Procedure, In Addition To The Standard Settlement Of Electricity At Consumption Points, It Will Be Required To Use A Cascade Balancing Mechanism For Selected Ppe Points With Generating Status. The List Of Ppe Points Covered By Cascade Balancing Will Be Provided To The Contractor At The Stage Of Submitting Offers, In Accordance With The Following Requirements: A) Balancing Must Take Into Account Both The Energy Generated And Consumed Within A Given Ppeb) Cascade Balancing (Balancing Electricity Consumed In Ppes Without Micro-Installations With Surplus Electricity Generated In Ppes With The Micro-Installation Will Take Place In Hourly Balancing Periods, I.E. The Energy Subject To Cascade Balancing Is Considered To Be Electricity That Was Generated And Consumed In The Same Hour H; On An Hourly Basis. D) The Settlement Period For Cascade Balancing Is One Calendar Month, And Hourly Data Must Be Fully Available For Each Day Of The Settlement Period For All Ppes. 6. The Above Data Is Indicative And Constitutes An Element Necessary To Select The Most Advantageous Offer.
