A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Tents, Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Equivalent Solutions. If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Should Be Understood As Accompanied By The Term Or Equivalent. It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described - I.E. Maintaining The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Not Reject An Offer Just Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Are Not Compliant With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract.
