1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Carrying Out Research And Drilling For A Deep Well On The Geodetic Plot No. 1150/12 In Siemiatycze.2. The Ordering Party Provides The Contractor With A Current Map For Design Purposes, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz3. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Works Planned For The Investment, Which Include, Among Others: A. Preparing Documentation And Obtaining The Required Decisions: A. Preparation Of A Geological Works Project.B. Creating/Formulating An Application For Approval Of A Geological Works Project.C. Creating/Formulating A Notification Of The Intention To Start Geological Works In Accordance With The Approved Project.B. Carrying Out Field Work: A. Searching For And Locating An Appropriate Site For A Well To Meet The Parameters Described Below.B. Constructing An Exploration And Production Well With A Capacity Of Approximately 20 M³/H. Drilling A Geological Well To A Depth Of Approximately 65 M.D. Carrying Out Hydrogeological Supervision During Works. Perform Purification And Measurement Pumping.F. Conducting Laboratory Tests Of Water Quality.G. Carrying Out Surveying Works Related To The Location And Inventory Of Wells.H. Securing A Newly Drilled Deep Well.I. In The Event That The Well Reaches 100 M Or More, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Approve A Mining Operation Plan At The Appropriate District Mining Office. C. Technical Parameters Of The Well: A. Drilling A Hole With A Diameter Of 311 Mm.B. Installation Of A Dn 200 Column Filter With A Working Part Of Approximately 10–15 Months. Selecting And Applying Appropriate Top Dressing. D. Making A Compactonite Seal.E. Use Of A Pvc Slot Filter With The Required Certificates.F. Selection Of The Well Slot And Mesh Depending On The Aquifer. D. Documentation:A. Preparation Of Hydrogeological Documentation Or An Addition To The Documentation Specifying The Operational Resources Of The Groundwater Intake.B. Preparation Of An Information Card For The Project.C. Preparation, Creation/Formulation Of An Application For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions, If Required. D. Preparation Of A Water Law Report.E. Preparation Of Documentation For The Application And Assistance In Submitting An Application For A New Or Replacement Water Permit. F. Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete Documentation Including All Work Performed, Tests And Decisions And Arrangements Obtained.4.
