The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense, Risk And Transport, Along With Documentation In Polish, Warranty Terms And Warranty Card. 4. Place Of Delivery: Building Of The Oborniki District, With The Seat Of The District Office In Oborniki, Ul. 11 Listopada 2A, 64-600 Oborniki.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Matter Of The Order Constitutes An Inseparable Whole, Which Means That It Cannot Be Divided Into Parts For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons, And The Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts Does Not Distort Competition In The Procedure.6.
