The Object Of The Acquisition Is An Archive System With Maintenance Services Implemented As A Saas Service. The System Enables The Management Of Permanently Stored Analogue Materials Of The Parliaments Central Archive, As Well As The Preservation Of Digital Versions Resulting From Digitization. The Service Includes A Public User Interface, Interfaces To Other Search Services (E.G. Finna), Management Of Metadata In Accordance With Archival Industry Standards, And Readiness For The Transfer Of Materials To National Long-Term Storage Services. The Solution Must Meet The Archiving And Electronic Long-Term Storage Requirements Given By The National Archives, The Information Security Requirements Of The Parliament, And Work In A Data Center Located In The Eu/Eea Area Or In A Cloud Service. This Procurement Notice Is Mainly Based On The Procurement Notice Published On September 24, 2025 And Suspended On October 8, 2025.
