Two Mur Buildings (Mobile Teaching Units) At The School Location Of The Integrated Secondary School Konrad-Wachsmann-Schule, Roßweiner Ring 11 And 13 In Berlin-Hellersdorf, Are To Be Renovated And Spatially Adapted And Modernized For Todays School Operations. The Roof Areas Are Being Renovated And Made More Energy Efficient. An Extensive Green Roof With Pv Modules Is Also Used As A Roof Covering. The Future Drainage Of The Roof Areas Will Take Place On The Outside Of The Facade. The Facade Receives A Thermal Insulation Composite System Corresponding To The Energy Requirements With A Thickness Of 14 Cm With Mineral Insulation As Well As A Suitable Plaster Structure And Paint. The Existing External Steel Escape Stairs Will Be Dismantled, Disposed Of And Replaced With New Steel Stairs As Escape Stairs With Corresponding New Foundations In Front Of The Renovated Facades. The External Doors Will Be Made Of Metal And The Windows Will Be Made Of Wood With External Shading Systems. The Planned Interior Renovation Includes The Renewal Of The Entire Building Technology, I.E. The Heating Technology And All Electrical Systems; Where Necessary, The Ventilation Systems Will Also Be Renewed. Old Floor Coverings Will Be Removed And Replaced In All Classrooms, Adjoining Rooms And All Hallways.
