In Order To Ensure Uniform Supply For The Tenants And To Give Tenants The Opportunity To Use Modern Multimedia Services, Broadband Offerings And Other Digital Services Via The Fiber Optic Networks In The Future, The Sul Has Decided To Award The Upgrade And Supply As Part Of A License (Concession). For This Purpose, Sul/Wobege/Wogehe Have Transferred Their Licensing And Space Leasing Rights Within The Group To Stadt Und Land Netze (Netze) - A Subsidiary Of Sul - Which Is To Carry Out A Procurement Procedure And Award A Uniform Concession. The Concessionaire For The Fiber Optic Infrastructure Is To Build The Ftth Networks, Own Them And Ensure Their Operation And A Wide Range Of Broadband Services For The Tenants. The Contractual Objects Must Be Connected Via Fiber Optics In The Feeder Networks Of The So-Called Ne 3 (Fttb) By The Completion Of The Respective Ftth Networks At The Latest. The Concession Includes: • Construction And Commissioning Of The Ftth Infrastructure (Ne 4) Up To The Rental Units (Me) At Approx. 49,000 Me. • Maintenance And Servicing Of The Entire Fiber Optic Infrastructure (Including Approximately 6,000 Me That Are Already Connected To Fiber Optic Networks In Ne 4) During The Contract Period Of At Least 20 Years. • Payment Of Space Rent.
