The Plan Is To Create An Economical, Architecturally Appealing Building With A Pv System On The Roof, Electric Charging Infrastructure And Barrier-Free Access. The Parking Garage Is Being Built Parallel To The New Clinic Building And Is A Prerequisite For Its Commissioning. The Aim Is To Ensure A Timely And Cost-Effective, Functional And Long-Lasting Design That Fits Harmoniously Into The New Health Campus Ensemble. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Commissioning Of The Planning And Turnkey Construction Of A Parking Garage On The Site Of The New Clinic Building In Memmingen. The Completion And Handover Of The Turnkey Parking Garage Is Planned For July 31, 2028 At The Latest.
