Tenders are invited for Chemicals / Laboratory Consumables. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 for each item as registration fee should be paid in cash to the Shroff of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days from 21.10.2025 until 13.11.2025 and the original of Form General 172 receipt issued by the hospital should be attached to the application.
