The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Services Of Structural Planning And Building Physics. The Construction Project On The Merheim Health Campus Particularly Envisages The Upheaval, Renovation And New Construction Of Various Buildings In Currently Six Construction Phases (See Service Description). The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are Specialist Planning And Engineering Services In The Structural Planning Service In Accordance With Section 51 Paragraph 2 Hoai For The Completion Of The Construction Project, Including The Construction Of The Excavation Pit Required For This. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Building Physics Services (Thermal Insulation, Energy Balancing, Building Acoustics, Room Acoustics). For Details, Please Refer To The Service Description And The Contract. When The Order Is Placed, The Services Of Service Level 1 Are Initially Commissioned, I.E. The Services Of Basic Determination, Preliminary Planning, Draft Planning, Approval Planning For The Services Of Division Relocation, Childrens Hospital And Extension Building. The Client Is Entitled To Commission The Further Services Of Level 2, I.E. Implementation Planning, Preparation Of The Award, Property Monitoring, Property Management, In Whole Or In Part, Through A Later, Separate, Written Order. The Background To This Gradual Transfer Is That Further Planning Services May Be Transferred To Construction Companies; In Addition, Currently Unforeseeable Delays In The Project Process Should Be Taken Into Account.
